You can use the daily hints, answers and archives without creating an account. Puzzle entries and solving controls are used to display results in your browser. Loading a page, fetching a puzzle, or reporting a page error also involves requests to the services that run the site.

This information supports delivery of the site, security, troubleshooting and understanding overall site usage. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever information you include.

The site saves your light or dark appearance preference in your browser’s local storage under “strands-theme”. This preference is used to remember the appearance you choose, not for advertising. You can remove it by clearing this site’s stored data in your browser; doing so resets your appearance preference.

Hosting, fonts and linked services

The site uses Lovable for hosting and operational services. Its handling of information is described in the Lovable privacy policy. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts. Daily puzzle information comes from third-party puzzle sources. Following a link to another website makes that website’s privacy and cookie practices applicable. Solve My Game is an independent puzzle-help site.
