Waffle gives you a 5x5 grid holding six overlapping five-letter words — three across and three down — with every letter already on the board but most of them in the wrong place. You get 15 swaps to sort them out. This free solver takes the letters and their colours, searches an English word list for the only arrangement that fits, and shows the shortest run of swaps that gets you there.
